Oakland, CA — On January 1, 2014 at 8:30 PM, it was reported that a 19-year-old
female was walking in the 200 block of 17th Street when she was approached by a
stranger, who had appeared from between two parked cars.
The suspect grabbed the victim by wrapping both of his arms around her,
threatened that he had a gun, and began dragging her down the sidewalk. more »
