Manzanita Recreation Center, fully equipped with a gymnasium, playground, tot lot, patio, picnic area, and lighted outdoor basketball court offers many low to no cost recreational programs for the entire community. Program offerings include a senior program, after school programs, youth sports leagues, camps, facility rentals, and much more. Our quality staff looks forward to serving your family. MANZANITA AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM
This comprehensive after-school program located at Manzanita Recreation Center provides wide ranging activities including homework help, sports, arts and crafts, and gardening for elementary-aged youth. Programs run Monday through Friday from 2:45pm to 5:30pm. Participants can also be picked up from both Manzanita SEED, and Manzanita Community Schools.
KARATE
Develop hand-eye coordination while learning how to defend yourself. Students will learn kicks, punches and katas, and will experience the thrill of competition.

You are invited to attend our Advisory Board meetings. Stop by to find out what's happening or get involved with a committee. Call the center for dates and times of the meetings.
ERNEST ROBINSON SENIORS
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are for seniors at Manzanita. Join us for healthy living classes including light aerobics and cooking demonstrations. Seasonal social activities include potlucks, bingo, senior fairs, golf lessons, and other outings.
SPRING & SUMMER DAY CAMP
The days are packed with fun, sports, games, crafts, swimming, golf, field trips and an overnight camping trip. Sign up for a single week, or entire summer.
SUMMER LUNCHES
Free lunches for youth 1-18 years old are available. Enjoy a delicious healthy meal complete with entree, beverage, and snack. Open to the public.
