Dragonboating for Youth and Adults
Learn the basics of dragonboat paddling in a safe flat-water environment. On the water coaching teaches technique while having fun, challenging yourself, and experiencing the camaraderie of teamwork. Youth & adult teams forming. Call (510) 238-2196 for info. No Experience Necessary.

Private Group Boating Lessons
Bring your youth group or co-workers down to the lake for an introduction to dragonboating followed by a teambuilding outing on Lake Merritt. Dragonboats hold up to 24 paddlers.
Lessons are usually an hour and a half and highlight paddle technique, safe loading technique, and personal flotation device (PFD) fittings.
