City of Oakland affordable housing funds come from both local and federal sources. These funds are distributed through the programs listed below.
- Complete List - all affordable housing loans and grants
- Homebuyers - funds available to individuals and families purchasing a home in Oakland
- Repair/Rehab - funds and supplies available for homeowners to repair or rehabilitate their homes. Funds are also available for accessibility modifications to rental properties.
