The City of Oakland is working with community stakeholders to develop land use and transportation goals, policies and programs in the following areas:
- Coliseum Area Specific Plan ("Coliseum City")
- Central Estuary Plan
- Broadway/Valdez Retail District Specific Plan
- Lake Merritt BART Station Area Plan
- West Oakland Specific Plan
