Commercial Corridor Design Guidelines
As a companion to the new zoning regulations adopted in March of 2011, the City is developing design guidelines to provide architects and designers a descriptive explanation of the City’s expectations for new development along the City’s corridors. The guidelines will apply to new construction and major additions along such streets as Broadway, San Pablo and Telegraph Avenues, International Boulevard, parts of MacArthur Boulevard, and other major streets.
The process will include meetings with design experts, the community, and the City’s Planning Commission. We urge you to become involved with this effort!
