Permit Counter Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Our busiest hours tend to be from 11am to 4 pm. You may wish to schedule your visit earlier in the day.

Public Transit
BART – Oakland City Center - 12th Street Station, 14th Street Exit.
AC Transit – Many buses come serve the City’s center. Call 511 and say “Public Transportation”.
                   You can also go to 511.org for traffic and transit information.

Parking
• Metered street parking is available.
• Dalziel Building Garage (enter on 16th Street between Clay and San Pablo)
• Clay Street Garage (enter on Clay Street between 14th and 16th Streets)
• City Center West Garage (enter on Jefferson between 12th and 14th Streets)
