|Area 2 (green, Beats 8 - 14) is commanded by Captain Darren Allison. Area 2 is the area traditionally known as North Oakland. It is bordered by the City of Emeryville and the City of Berkeley to the west, Contra Costa County to the north, and Area 1, the City of Piedmont and Area 3 to the south and east. Area 2 has a combination of residential neighborhoods and the commercial districts of Rockridge, KONO, Temescal, Montclair, and Piedmont Avenue.|
