Oakland, CA – On Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1, 2014, Oakland Animal Services will take part in the fifth annual Maddie’s Pet Adoption Days. During this nationwide event, sponsored by Maddie’s Fund, dog and cat adoptions will be free to qualified homes. This year’s event will feature special activities including face painting, bake sale, live music, and gift bags for adopting families.
