Oakland, CA – On March 19, 2012, at 10:40 a.m., suspect-1 entered the Bank of the West located at 3062 East 9th Street. The suspect approached the teller and demanded money. The suspect fled the bank on foot with the loss on foot. On March 28, 2012, at 11:20 a.m., the same suspect entered the Chase Bank located at 3310 International Boulevard and approached the teller.
