Oakland, CA – The Oakland Police Department would like to make the public aware of a kidnapping and sexual assault.
Investigators have released these photos of the person they believe to be
responsible for committing a kidnapping and sexual assault that occurred in the 1800 block of San Pablo Avenue on March 25, 2014 at 2:10 PM.

On that date the victim, a 27-year-old woman, was approached by a stranger from behind. The stranger grabbed her and began dragging her backwards while touching her in an inappropriate manner. The victim struggled and was able to get away and call the police.

children. The incidents were:

Oakland, CA – On February 23, 2014 at 9:30 AM Oakland Police officers responded to the 4500 block of Telegraph Avenue to investigate a reported shooting. When officers arrived, they located an adult male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Oakland, CA – On Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 11:00 AM, Oakland Police officers received a call regarding a stabbing in the 600 block of 31st Street.
Officers located one male adult, suffering from a fatal stab wound. Emergency medical services pronounced him deceased at the scene.
