undercover officer was working within the 1700 block of Seminary Avenue on
follow-up reconnaissance regarding a recent shooting connected to the area. While
in the area, the officer was accosted by three armed men; during the physical confrontation,
and before nearby uniformed officers could respond, the officer suffered a non-life
threatening gunshot wound to the arm
