On November 3, 2010, at 6:30 p.m., OPD received an emergency call reporting gunshots in the 7800 block of Outlook Ave. Sean Michael Sullivan is believed to have invited the victims to his home and shot them over money that he owed them. There is a warrant out for his arrest for murder and attempted murder. Homicide Investigators have partnered with the U.S. Marshals in the search for Sean Sullivan. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

On February 9th, 2011 at approximately 8:50 P.M, OPD was called to Children’s Hospital on a report of a sexual assault. The victim is a 7-year-old boy who reported being sexually assaulted while at the Boys and Girls Club.

On January 25, 2011 at 11:35 AM, Oakland Police Department Officers responded to 526 Henry Street
to check on the well being of 65-year old Oakland resident Berresford “Berry” Bingham. Bingham had suffered
an apparent traumatic injury and was obviously deceased.

On January 26, 2011, at approximately 9:01 P.M., Oakland Police officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of 78th Ave. Upon arrival, officers discovered a vehicle was backing into a driveway and collided with the child.

On January 18th during the early evening hours, a robbery occurred in which a victim was targeted as she came home. The incident occurred in the Lake Merritt area.
