Criminal Investigations Division Lieutenant Roland Holmgren and Homicide Investigator Leo Sanchez were joined by family members of the victims, Lamar Broussard and Derryck Eugene Harris, both 19, who were shot and killed at 2:15 PM, January 19, 2014, at 100th Avenue and Longfellow Avenue. more »
