Administration
Administration provides direction and support to all of the Department of Human Resources Management units; it advises the Mayor, Council and City Administrator on Human Resources issues; it develops and facilitates the implementation of action plans to address current and future City Human Resources needs; it manages the Agency's resources to meet the goals and objectives of the Mayor and Council.
