Policy & Planning
Policy and Planning provides research, development and planning within the Department, and incubates new programs based on best practices in order to fill gaps in the City's service continuum. It is the source for demographic and needs assessment data, evaluation and fund development. It also represents the Department at a variety of collaborative tables or seeds new ones in order to bring public systems, advocates and service providers together to improve program outcomes.
