System Requirements
The City of Oakland provides streaming video programming you can view online on your PC or MAC. To watch the video feeds you will need at a minimum:
- PC or MAC* with a sound card
- Speakers or headphones
- Windows Media Player (for PC) or RealPlayer
- Microsoft Silverlight (for Macintosh)
Find the Windows Media Player/Microsoft Silverlight that matches your operating system (PC or MAC), download it, and install it or upgrade the media player you currently have installed on your computer. Follow the on-screen instructions. Once your installation is complete you are ready to enjoy LIVE and archived meetings.
We recommend that you use the latest version of Windows Media Player for the operating system you are using. This insures best results in streaming video.
