You can also use the new online tool, SeeClick Fix, to report the same problems. See below for details:
SeeClickFix is a new online tool that helps residents report and track non-emergency problems, such as graffiti, illegal dumping or potholes. To go directly to the website, click on http://www.seeclickfix.com/oakland.
Oakland residents can submit a report with a photousing a mobile app or computer. Upon receipt of the service request, the resident receives a confirmation message. SeeClickFix offers increased transparency and accountability. Anyone can track submitted reports and set up location-based watch areas to see local activity.

To report abandoned vehicles parked on the street for over 72 hours (3 days), you can:
·Call the Abandoned Auto Detail at (510) 777-8622.
· Email the location, description, and license number of the vehicle, if known, to AbandonedAuto@oaklandnet.com.
· Fax information to (510) 777-8880.
