Schedule an Agenda Item to be Heard Before the Council or Council Committees
The request to schedule an agenda item form must be completed and submitted to the City Administrator's Office by 6 pm on Tuesday, three (3) weeks in advance of the requested meeting. Download the form online, or pick one up from the City Administrators Office or the City Clerks Office:

The City Administrators Office will review all requests. Once reviewed, the City Clerk's Office will compile a list of all the requests and forward them to the Rules and Legislation Committee for appropriate scheduling.
The City Administrator's office requests that if you submit an item, you attend the Rules & Legislation committee meeting, held on Thursdays at 10 am, so that you are on hand in case the committee has questions or needs further clarification. To Access a Rules Request form click Here.
