Former Redevelopment Agency Programs
Graffiti Abatement Program
The Graffiti Abatement Program provides graffiti abatement for businesses and properties on certain major commercial corridors within Redevelopment project areas through contracts with community-based non-profit groups. Interested property owners are required to sign graffiti abatement authorization forms in order to have their graffiti removed. For information contact Ain Bailey at (510) 238-6653 or via email at email@example.com.
The current graffiti abatement contracts expire in June of 2013, but contract funds may be exhausted before that time.

Infill Incentives Grants
The Infill Incentives Grants Program offered developers and property owners up to $15,000 in matching funds for predevelopment analysis. The program encouraged the exploration of residential and nonresidential development options for infill areas in the Central City East and Coliseum Redevelopment Project Areas.
