City-County Neighborhood Initiative
The City-County Neighborhood Initiative is a special program that combines community organizing and social service outreach in two targeted neighborhoods: Sobrante Park in East Oakland and the Hoover Historic District in West Oakland. The Initiative’s goal is to increase community capacity and reduce violence.
