Employee Relations
Employee Relations represents the City and provides support to City staff on matters concerning employees who are represented by labor unions.
We negotiate on behalf of the City to set wages, hours, and other conditions of employment. We also help City management staff interpret labor contracts, and we investigate and resolve grievances.
