The Citizens’ Police Review Board is committed to ensuring that Oakland has a professional police department whose members behave with integrity and justice. The CPRB draws Oakland’s diverse communities and strives to improve police services. Learn more about the staff that supports the CPRB, becoming a board member, or attending monthly meetings.
Filing a Complaint
If you feel you have been treated inappropriately by an officer of the Oakland Police Department or an Oakland Park Ranger, you may file a police misconduct complaint with the Citizens’ Police Review Board (CPRB) or the Oakland Police Department, Internal Affairs Division.
